We have it all prepared for you whether you like to Learn, Practice, Play, finally beat your old-time rival, or meet new tennis partners.

Players Rating

We cater to players of all ages and playing levels ranging from beginner (1.0) to advanced (4.5). We use our playing standards to determine your playing level and to ensure players are grouped and challenged appropriately. Our rating is consistent with Tennis Canada's “Play Tennis Rating Guide” and US Tennis Association's  “National Tennis Rating Program”. This means a 3.0 player in our program will find their level of play very similar to 3.0 players across the North America.

Program Duration

Fall (15 weeks from Sep to Dec)
Winter (12 weeks from Jan to Mar)
Spring (12 weeks from Apr to Jun)
Summer (8 weeks from Jul to Aug)

All new players (except beginners) are required to complete an assessment to determine their playing level before joining our programs. Assessment are complimentary and take about 10-15 minutes. To arrange your assessment, please fill the form at the bottom of this page.

"The staff at Tennis For Life are amazing! Collectively they have created a wonderful atmosphere for learning a game that promotes physical fitness and positive social interactions. I have been playing and taking lessons for three years at the centre and it has always been a positive and rewarding experience. During this very challenging COVID time we have been able to continue to play the game we love in a safe and supportive environment. The coaches are outstanding and I am grateful for the knowledge I continue to gain during my lessons and matches. The friendly staff provide many opportunities to meet new players and encourage group play at varying levels. There is an energy in the bubble that promote learning and fun!"
