Competitive Team Play

GOAL:  Our competitive Team Play sessions provide players with required match experience and the opportunity to improve executing in a real game what they’ve learned in Practice. It serves no purpose to develop players' skills without giving them sufficient time to play the game, which is essential to improve their performance.

More importantly, the team aspect of our sessions gradually prepares players to cope with the individual nature of tennis and improve their longevity in competitive sports through many benefits similar to those seen in team sports such as:

1.     Increased level of engagement, fun & competitiveness

2.     Increased level of mental & emotional support in competition

3.     Lowered level of anxiety & fear of losing
